Why We Need Donations:

HHT receives no government funding. Donations made to AHA, HSUS, ASPCA, TN Horse Council, do not filter back to local animal protection organizations.

Often people think that our medical expenses are covered by the veterinarians that provide our services. This is not the case. HHT is charged for every office or farm call we have. Sometimes a larger medical bills may receive a small discount, but they are by no way donated. The same goes for all the medical supplies, feed, hay, etc. that we use.

Listed to the left are many ways to help HHT. Check out the many opportunities to get involved. You don't need to own or adopt a horse to help. All you need is a love for equine in general.
